Just a little geography.

The Kaza main house is set up in a similar fashion to the Sohma main house, but isn't quite as expansive. The Kaza family is well-off, but not as much as the Sohma family.

The Kaza grounds are shaped like a long rectangle, with the entrance to the grounds at one end and the main house at the other. There is no walls around the outer grounds, it merely looks like a long small grid of residential streets.

The inner grounds, however, is surrounded by a wall, and only those on official business, residents of the main house, or the cursed Kaza members can go beyond those gates. If someone who does not know of the Kaza curse goes beyond the gates, they are escorted by car directly to the main house and not allowed to stop anywhere along the way.

Inside the inner ground walls is thirteen homes and the large main house. The thirteenth - the one set aside for the Lupus - is of considerably less quality than the rest. Each of the other twelve homes aren't huge, but comfortable. There's one for each cursed sign, and their sign is engraved above the front door of each house. If a cursed Kaza ever lives on the grounds, he or she must live in their designated house.

The only occupants of the main house are the family of the head. At this time, Kanjiro, Hirotaka, and Kanjiro's medical attendants are the only ones living in the main house. Servants live in a seperate building next to the main house.

While each cursed home is fully furnished and equipped, if they so choose, the families that live inside the gates can go to the main house for mealtimes. Kanjiro, when he was still well, would eat in the main dining room, but the head's family has their own seperate dining facilities.

When Kanjiro was well, all the cursed families' expenses were paid, but now, the only thing being paid is the utilities used by the entire main house (such as electricity, water, etc).

This one needs a little explanation, though. Hirotaka mentions to Suki at one point that there's restricted areas to the inner grounds. That is designated by the dots in the lower right. Specifically, the restricted area is the space surrounding and including the Lupus house. Surrounding the house is a mini-forest of sorts...not like you'd find in the wild, but enough to say "this is where the restriction begins". There's no punishment for venturing into this area...it's kind of like taking your life in your own hands.

EDIT: Augh, I forgot something! I had to mark which houses were being used!

The sold grey houses are the ones that were empty as of the beginning of the RPG. The grey houses with the texture are houses that have recently been occupied.

As you can see, the forest also occcupies the upper right corner. What I didn't include were the numerous gardens and landscaped portions of the forest. It's actually a really nice place.

I agree, the maps- especially the inner house one- are very helpful. But I'm a bit confused: if the house is solid gray, it's empty, and if it has texture, it was recently used. But if it's white...?

From my faulty memory, I believed it was occupied at the beginning of the RPG. If I'm incorrect on any of those facts, let me know and I'll change the map. ^_^

Can you add a legend to that? Like what it means if a house is highlighted in white or grey or grey with dots, or what it means if a character's name is in red or grey...
